The 10K Training Plan is available in both detailed and summary format for you to follow along. The plan has been intentionally built out by Global Run Ambassador, Rob Watson, and is intended to support walkers and runners regardless of how much or little experience you have following a training plan.

Meet your 10K Training Guide Head Coach, Rob Watson

Born in London, Ontario, Canada, Rob Watson is a competitive long-distance runner and coach. He entered his first 10K race at the ripe age of six and hasn’t stopped running since. Today, Rob is a 4x Canadian National Champion and 9x Team Canada athlete. Turns out he’s as good as he is dedicated. Check out what he is getting up to on Instagram @rwatson26point2.
